Membership Revenue Calculator
You already have regulars. They book the same visit every week, every other week, or every month, and you collect for each visit one at a time.
Put the same customers on a monthly plan and the numbers look different. Enter how many regulars you have, how often you see them, and what a visit costs. The calculator shows what the plan is worth each month and each year, and how many payments you stop chasing.
Pick your trade. It only changes the example price, not the math.

Weekly is 52 visits a year, so a month averages about 4.3 visits, not 4.

Questions
- How is the monthly plan price worked out?
- We take your price per visit, multiply it by the visits in a year, and divide by 12. Weekly service is 52 visits a year, so a $35 weekly visit becomes a plan of about $152 a month. The customer pays the same amount every month, even in a month with five visits.
- Why does a month with five weeks not cost the customer more?
- The plan spreads the year evenly. Some months have five visits and some have four, and the monthly price already covers both. That is what keeps the bill the same every month.
- What happens when a customer goes away for a few weeks?
- In Ruunly you can pause a customer's plan and set a resume date. The plan starts back up on its own on that date.
- Is this calculator free?
- Yes. There is no sign-up and nothing to download. Use the numbers however you like.
