Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Rule

You may not use Ruunly for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, high-risk, or platform-damaging activity.

2. Prohibited Businesses and Transactions

You may not use Ruunly to sell or support goods or services prohibited by Stripe, payment networks, Telnyx, Resend, carriers, or Ruunly. Prohibited or restricted categories may include:

• Illegal goods or services
• Fraud, scams, deceptive offers, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick programs
• Adult sexual content or services
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or unlicensed cannabis activity
• Weapons, explosives, or regulated firearms activity
• Gambling, betting, lottery, sweepstakes, or games of chance without written approval
• Debt collection, credit repair, payday lending, or high-risk financial services without written approval
• Medical, clinical, HIPAA-covered, insurance, legal, or regulated professional services without written approval
• Products or services that violate consumer protection, health club, automatic renewal, telemarketing, privacy, or licensing laws

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, publish, transmit, or generate content that:

• Infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights
• Is false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory
• Impersonates another person or business
• Contains malware, phishing, credential collection, or malicious code
• Exposes personal information without authorization
• Makes unsupported health, safety, earnings, environmental, licensing, or certification claims

4. Messaging Abuse

You may not use Ruunly to send spam, unwanted messages, unlawful telemarketing, prohibited SMS content, or messages to people who have opted out. You may not bypass unsubscribe or STOP controls.

5. Platform Abuse

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
• Probe, scan, or test systems without written permission
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, rate limits, usage limits, or security controls
• Use another tenant's data or credentials
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Interfere with service availability or integrity

6. Data Restrictions

Do not submit protected health information subject to HIPAA, government IDs, children's personal information, biometric identifiers, full payment card numbers, bank login credentials, or other highly sensitive data unless Ruunly has approved the use in writing and appropriate terms are in place.

7. Enforcement

Ruunly may remove content, block messages, throttle usage, suspend features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, report unlawful activity, or preserve information for investigation if Ruunly believes this Policy has been violated.
