This California Notice at Collection applies to California residents and supplements Ruunly's Privacy Policy.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Ruunly may collect the following categories of personal information:

2. Sources
We collect personal information from you, your business, End Customers, authorized users, browsers and devices, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Telnyx, Cloudflare, analytics and logging providers, and other service providers.
3. Purposes
We use personal information to provide, secure, support, personalize, analyze, and improve Ruunly; process payments; manage subscriptions; send messages; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; enforce terms; and respond to requests.
4. Sale or Sharing
Ruunly does not sell personal information for money. Ruunly does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at launch.
5. Sensitive Personal Information
Ruunly uses sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by law, such as providing requested services, authentication, payment processing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service support. Ruunly does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
6. Your Rights
California residents may have the right to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
