No. AI features are included in your Ruunly plan — there is no separate AI add-on fee. Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance: about 13 photo quotes' worth on Starter, 26 on Pro, and 100 on Growth (you can top up anytime if you need more). Some features (like revenue forecast and review themes) are on the Pro or Growth plan, but nothing is sold separately.
What AI features are included on the Starter plan?
Website writing, instant photo quotes, review reply drafts, and the daily office brief are included on every plan including Starter. Features like blog posts, estimate descriptions, campaign copy, and missed-call text-back are on Pro or Growth.
Does Ruunly use my data to train AI?
No. Your business details are used to generate your content, not shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
Can I turn AI features off?
Yes. AI features that send messages (like missed-call text-back and win-back campaigns) have on/off controls in Settings. Review reply drafts won't post without your approval.
