SMS Terms

1. Program Description
Ruunly and businesses that use Ruunly may send text messages about account access, appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, subscriptions, memberships, service reminders, reviews, support, promotions, and related business communications.
The business identified in the message is the sender of messages about that business's services. Ruunly may send messages about the Ruunly platform, account security, support, and product updates.
2. Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in to a text program, you agree to receive text messages from the identified sender at that phone number. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase for marketing text messages.
If you provide a phone number for transactional purposes, you authorize texts reasonably related to that transaction or relationship, such as appointment reminders, invoice notices, payment confirmations, account alerts, or subscription updates.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with the sender, your account settings, appointments, subscriptions, and campaigns. You may receive multiple messages during active service periods.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Ruunly and the sender are not responsible for carrier charges.
5. Opt Out
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. We may also treat replies such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE as opt-out requests. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. After that, you should not receive further texts from that text program unless you opt in again.
Opting out of one sender's texts may not opt you out of texts from other businesses using Ruunly.
6. Help
Reply HELP for help where supported. You may also contact the business identified in the message or contact Ruunly at [email protected].
7. Delivery
Text delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by your carrier, phone, network coverage, filtering, or service availability.
8. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the phone number you provide. You must promptly update your phone number if it changes.
9. Privacy
Text messaging data is handled as described in Ruunly's Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the business sending the message. Ruunly may process phone numbers, message content, message metadata, consent records, delivery receipts, replies, opt-outs, and carrier responses to provide and secure messaging services.
