Are Stripe fees included?
No. Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH) is separate and goes directly to Stripe. The fee calculator on this page shows both Ruunly fees and Stripe fees so you see the full estimate.
What is the Ruunly platform fee?
It's Ruunly's fee on online payments you collect through the platform. Starter is 2.5% (no cap). Pro is 1.5% capped at $118/mo. Growth is 0.75% capped at $258/mo. We only charge when you collect money — if you never collect a payment, you never pay more than your plan fee. Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 processing is separate and goes directly to Stripe.
What counts as a recurring client?
A customer with an active plan or subscription in Ruunly. Starter supports up to 25, Pro up to 100, Growth is unlimited.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply on your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel and export my data?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalties. Export your customer list and move on. Monthly or annual billing — no long-term lock-in.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Growth. Starter uses a hosted Ruunly subdomain. You can upgrade to add your custom domain at any time.
