Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: April 15, 2026
1. Plans
Ruunly offers paid plans with the features, limits, prices, and application fees shown on the pricing page, checkout page, or in-app billing page. Plan features and limits may include customer counts, team seats, website features, messaging usage, integrations, support level, or payment application fee rates.
2. 14-Day Free Trial
Ruunly may offer a 14-day free trial. Unless the checkout page says otherwise:
- No payment card is required to start the trial
- The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription
- Ruunly will not charge you at the end of the trial unless you actively choose a paid plan and provide a payment method
- Trial access may include Pro-level features for evaluation
- Ruunly may send trial reminders and product education emails
- Ruunly may downgrade, limit, lock, or close the account after the trial if no paid plan is selected
Ruunly may preserve trial data for a limited recovery period after the trial ends. Ruunly may delete trial data after that period.
3. Starting a Paid Plan
When you select a paid plan and submit payment details, you authorize Ruunly and its payment processor to charge the plan price, Ruunly application fees, applicable taxes, and any other fees disclosed at checkout or in your plan details.
Your paid plan begins when checkout is completed unless the checkout page states a later start date.
4. Automatic Renewal
Paid Ruunly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans, if offered, renew each year. The renewal charge is based on your plan, usage, taxes, and fees in effect at the time of renewal.
Ruunly will provide renewal notices where required by law.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your Ruunly subscription online at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app. We do not require a phone call, a retention script, or a support ticket. Email [email protected] is also available if you prefer, but the self-serve cancellation is the primary and supported mechanism. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period unless Ruunly confirms a different effective date.
After cancellation:
- You may retain access through the end of the paid billing period
- Your account may become read-only, locked, downgraded, or closed
- Your public website, payment links, subscriptions, automations, and messaging may stop
- Ruunly may retain data for a limited period to support export, reactivation, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, and backups
6. Refunds
7-Day Refund Grace Window
If you cancel your Ruunly subscription within 7 days of your first paid renewal, Ruunly will automatically refund that renewal in full — no questions asked, no support ticket required. The refund returns to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations after the 7-day window will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to Ruunly until the end of the period you have already paid for.
All Other Charges
Except for the 7-day grace window described above, Ruunly subscription fees and application fees are non-refundable. Ruunly does not provide prorated refunds for partial months, unused features, lower usage, account inactivity, or cancellation before the end of a billing period.
Refunds to your End Customers are separate. You are responsible for End Customer refunds, chargebacks, credits, and disputes.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Ruunly may retry the charge, request updated payment information, suspend paid features, downgrade your plan, disable your website, pause automations, stop messaging, or terminate your account. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts.
8. Plan Changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in immediate or prorated charges. Downgrades may take effect at the next billing period and may reduce features, limits, data access, integrations, or usage capacity. Ruunly may apply credits at its discretion or as required by law.
9. Price Changes
Ruunly may change prices or fees by providing notice as required by law or contract. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel before the change takes effect.
10. Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, and similar governmental charges.
